1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ScrollVeto Android application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

ScrollVeto grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the App for non-commercial purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or modify the App.

3. App Functionality and "Monk Mode"

ScrollVeto is designed to forcefully limit your access to other applications installed on your device based on configurations you set. By using the "Monk Mode" or "Strict Blocking" features, you acknowledge that:

• You will be temporarily locked out of selected applications.
• ScrollVeto is not responsible for any missed communications, notifications, or perceived losses resulting from these self-imposed blocks.
• Emergency calling functionality on your phone remains entirely unaffected by ScrollVeto.

4. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ashish Kumar Maurya, Ishan Mahto, or any affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
